How to Add an Advertisement

Welcome, our success partner, to Al-Akariyoun Platform!

Browsing the platform does not require registration.

Registration is required only once when adding an ad, contacting property owners, or sharing any information. After that, you will not be asked to register again to use the platform.

Before you start adding your ad, make sure you have prepared the information listed below. Please note that any data added from the Real Estate General Authority cannot be modified.

When adding an ad, contacting a property owner, or sharing a location, you will be asked to register for the first time only. For future visits, logging in will be sufficient.

Whether you want to sell, rent, or invest in your property, we have designed simple and easy steps to help you add your property listing and quickly reach property seekers.

Before adding your ad, make sure you have the following ready:

1. Property details: type (sale/rent), location, area, specifications, price, contact information.
2. High-quality photos (1 to 10 images) + video (optional).
3. FAL number: Must be entered during the first listing. It will then be saved under your name and will not be requested again.
   • Note: If your FAL license expires, all your data will be suspended until the license is renewed. Once renewed, all your data will be restored.
4. Make sure you are logged into your account:
   • Enter your username and password.
   • If you do not have an account, click “Register New Account” and follow the instructions.

Verification is completed through Nafath when logging in or creating an account for the first time.

How to Create a New Account:

• Click “Login” from the icon at the top of the website.
• Select “Register New Account.”
• A new window titled “Register New Account” will open. Make sure your mobile number is correct, then click “Next.”
• Enter the verification code sent to your mobile number, then click “Verify.”
• A new window will appear. Complete the required information and click “Continue to Register.” You will then have an account and will be redirected directly to the platform.

How to Log In:

• Click “Login” from the icon at the top of the website.
• Enter your number and click “Next.”
• Enter the verification code sent to your mobile number and click “Verify.” You will be logged in directly to the platform.

Steps to Add an Advertisement:

First Method: Via the “Add Advertisement” Button

1. Click “Add Advertisement” from the top menu.
2. A new window titled “Add New Advertisement” will appear.
   • Choose the type of ad you want to create:
     1. Property from a licensed broker.
     2. Property from owner/agent (currently not available).
   • Click “Next” to proceed.
   • Note: Listings are currently limited to Riyadh only.
3. A new window titled “Verify Licensed Broker Details” will appear.
   • If you already have an advertising license from the Real Estate General Authority, enter the license number and ID/license number in the designated fields, then click “Verify.”
   • If you do not have a license, select “Create License from the Real Estate General Authority,” obtain a new advertising license from their website, then return to Al-Akariyoun Platform and follow the steps above.
4. After clicking “Verify,” the property details associated with the issued license will appear in the same window. Confirm the accuracy of the data (district name, land number, plan number, property location on the map), then click “Next.”
5. You will be redirected to a new page titled “Add Property.”
6. Fill in the advertisement details:
   • Description, price, offer type (sale/rent), specifications (area, rooms, bathrooms, etc.).
   • Upload photos (facade, living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, layout if available).
   • You may attach a video.
   • Choose payment method: direct payment or from balance.
   • Select the package that suits you.
   • Feature your ad on the homepage by selecting “Display on Homepage.”
7. Review and Publish:
   • Verify all entered data and images.
   • You can preview your ad before publishing by clicking “Preview.”
   • Click “Save & Exit.” Your ad will be published directly on the platform.

Second Method: Directly via the Map on the Homepage

1. Select the desired district by typing its name in the search field above the map or by clicking directly on the district.
2. Select the street via the search field or by clicking on it on the map.
3. Select the plot(s) you want to advertise by entering the plot number or clicking directly on the plot.
4. Choose “Add Advertisement.”
5. Follow the same steps mentioned above (choose ad type → verify license → confirm property details → complete ad information → review and publish).

Quick Tips for Stronger Listing Photos:

• Take photos during daylight in landscape orientation.
• Arrange photos logically: facade → living room → bedrooms → kitchen → bathrooms → outdoor areas.
• Add a short caption under each image (e.g., Master bedroom with private bathroom).
• Avoid rotated, blurry, or unclear vertical photos.
